Our client, a global 3d design software company, is actively looking for a Commissions Analyst to join their team in Waltham! This person will need to work onsite 3 days a week so local candidates are required.

***This is a 6 month initial contract position with the opportunity to extend or convert*** Responsibilities
  • Manage Sales Compensation Plan (SCP) distribution process from creation to employees’ acknowledgement
  • Create and/or validate the compensation plans of Sales employees
  • Compute and validate individual sales results
  • Compute SPIF (Sales Performance Incentive Fund) and commissions payments
  • Communicate to each country’s payroll team the monthly commissions to be paid within their deadlines
  • Compute and validate final payouts to sales employees and send payroll requests
  • Provide commission accruals for some GEOs
  • Analyze sales performance Vs Commission targets to identify outlier and gaps
  • Contribute to the definition of Y+1 SCP Guidance
  • Work with Sales management to resolve discrepancies, answer Sales management’s questions about the SCP rules and calculations
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in Compensation or Commission Analysis or Planning
  • Strong experience working with Excel and MS Office
  • Strong change management and presentation skills
