Desktop Support Engineer / Waltham, MA

This client provides security systems services for all different types of venues. Their technology uses powerful sensors, security ecosystem integrations, AI, and venue analytics to detect possible threats 10 times faster than traditional metal detectors.

They are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer that can support a mostly Windows environment, resolve IT tickets, set up workstations, and manage user accounts. This position requires you to be on site in Waltham, MA. Contract is 3 months long with the opportunity for extension or conversion to full time.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting a Windows environment
• Experience troubleshooting software and hardware
• Experience imaging computers
• Experience with Office 365
• Experience setting up workstations
• Experience managing user accounts and onboarding/offboarding employees
• Experience resolvign IT issues throuhg at ticketing system

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with Windows Autopilot
• Experience troubleshooting Mac products
