Senior Data Scientist Health and Wellness DTC Consumer Product Company

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Data Scientist to join our direct-to-consumer ecommerce platform team. Our platform connects customers with unique and high-quality products, and we are looking for a skilled data scientist to help us leverage data to better understand our customers and improve our business.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop predictive models, generate insights, and identify opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets, building models using Python and PyTorch, and developing algorithms to optimize marketing campaigns and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to generate insights and develop predictive models
• Use Python and PyTorch to build machine learning models and algorithms
• Work with marketing and product teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing campaigns
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights and performance metrics to stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineers to implement models and algorithms in our production environment
• Continuously monitor and refine models and algorithms to improve accuracy and performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data science or related field
• Strong experience with Python, PyTorch, and other data analysis tools
• Knowledge of marketing data analytics, A/B testing, and customer segmentation
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
