.NET Architect with Azure / Philly

A Philadelphia-based insurance company is experiencing a growth spurt! They are looking for a Senior-level engineer interested in moving into an Architect position, or an Architect that would like to continue with that career path. Their engineering team builds internal and client-facing applications related to their end to end insurance solutions. 

Experience with C#,.NET core, ASP.NET MVC, Azure, SQL, and APIs (building and consuming) is required for the position. Candidates must be strong with cloud environments (DevOps principles, pipelining, & infrastructure), as they are currently moving their systems from on-prem to Azure. Applicants must reside in the PA/NJ to be considered. This is a hybrid opportunity (1-2 times per month in-office). Fulltime, direct hire, W2 employment. Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft web technologies (C#, .NET core, ASP.NET MVC)
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Experience building & consuming APIs 
• Experience writing triggers, queries & stored procedures in SQL server

• 50% Hands On Development 
• 50% Architecture 
• 25% Cloud - DevOps principles, Pipelines, Migrations, General Infrastructure
