Technical Support Specialist

6-12+ month Contract

On-Site in Whiteland, IN

**This position is fully onsite in Whiteland, IN. The initial contract length is 6-12 months with an opportunity to extend or convert afterwards.**

 

Our client, a global provider of technologies and services, is looking to hire a Technical Support Specialist. This Technical Support Specialist Tier 2/3 will play a key role in the customer support function.

 

Responsibilities

  • A Technical Support Tier II/III employee responds to and resolves customer tickets that include questions, requests for services and technical troubleshooting.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues. Be willing to investigate, learn, and ask questions and provide on-site support to end-users on a variety of issues.
  • Managing and troubleshooting Windows OS / Server environments

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-7 years of work experience involving computer hardware/software at a technical level.
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Azure AD and SSO
  • Need hands-on experience with troubleshooting all equipment attached to the desktop; printers; some experience with switches and routers
