This company is an American multinational semiconductor company specializing in data conversion, signal processing, and power management technology, headquartered in Wilmington, Massachusetts. They recently branched out into the medical devices industry. They are building a wearable device product for heart monitoring that helps patients with heart diseases. This device Connects to a platform that can predict an event like a heart attack, so the patient knows when to get care.
They are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to manage the three Product Owners and a UX team of 5 Designers. This PM will oversee the product development process, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring a user-centric approach. Must be proficient in backlog management. This is a Full-Time Hybrid role requiring you to come into the office 3 days a week in Wilmington, MA. Base Salary Range: $150k-$160k with Sign-On Bonus and Stock Equity Required Skills & Experience

- 7-10 years of PM experience
- Experience working with medical device software
- Experience leading and inspiring small teams
- Experience defining product visions, roadmaps, and strategies, and effectively product prioritizing and managing product backlogs
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement. Use analytics tools and user feedback to make data-driven decisions, prioritize features, and refine the product strategy
- Establish backlog to define and communicate the product’s vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including executives, customers, the engineering team, and the marketing team
- Balance short-term goals with a long-term vision, considering market trends, competition and technical feasibility
- Gather customer insights, market research, and feedback to inform decision-making and ensure that the product meets user needs and business goals
