IT Software Project Manager

A growing company in the Wilmington area is looking to hire a Software Project Manager to oversee their software project workflows They are looking for someone who has expertise working within an Agile environment and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. You will participate in daily stand ups as well as other cross functional team meetings. You will be using multiple PM tools including JIRA and Confluence.

In this role communication is key, as you will be working with Infrastructure Engineers, Development Teams, Product Owners, and Vendors on projects. You will also be hands on to ensure that tickets are responding too and escalated correctly and projects are completed to finish. Budgeting, scheduling, and optimization are also all key functions of this role. Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ Years’ in a Project Manager Role
• 3+ Years' Manging Software Projects
• Knowledge of PM Tools, JIRA, Microsoft
• Knowledge of SDLC
• Experience Budgeting & Scheduling
• Agile Expertise
• Experience Managing full Project Lifecycles
• Experience Participating in Scrum Meetings

Desired Skills & Experience

• PMP Certification
• Waterfall Exposure
