Job Description: I am currently recruiting for a Senior Full Stack Developer. As a key member of their growing company, you'll have a pivotal role in crafting and sustaining their advanced tech framework. This is a permanent full-time position, available to anyone located in Windsor. This is a hybrid role so you will have to go into office 2 days a week.  Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails and JavaScript
• Computer Science Degree or related field
• Needs to come into Office 2 days a week (Office located in Windsor)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with front end frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Git are a plus

What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown

• 50% Ruby on Rails, 50% Front End Development

Daily Responsibilities

• Exhibit proficiency in writing exemplary code while ensuring comprehensive documentation.
• Provide guidance and uphold architectural standards during code reviews.
• Independently spearhead the implementation of significant features within expansive projects.
• Furnish authoritative architectural recommendations and foster seamless team communication for informed decision-making.
