Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid Model (2-3 days in office)

A leading environmental, engineering, and science consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security of our IT systems and data, as well as supporting the implementation of NIST 800-171, SOC2, and CMMC compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze security systems to identify threats and vulnerabilities.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with NIST 800-171, SOC2, and CMMC.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits of IT systems and data.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement security controls.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, standards, and best practices.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training to employees.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure security-related projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in information security, with a deep understanding of IT security.
• Expertise in NIST 800-171, SOC2, and CMMC compliance.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
