IT Manager - Hybrid, Woburn

This client is a environmental consultant that works with company's to reduce environmental impact, whether that look like cleaning up spills/waste, water conservations, etc. 

They are seeking an IT Manager to join their team and lead projects and initiatives across all aspects of network operations, security, and server infrastructure. You'll be providing management for the Systems Administration and Help Desk teams and managing a wide array of tools such as AD, group policy, MS 365, cloud services, firewalls, VPS, routing, switching, backups, etc. 

This role requires someone who somewhat recently (within past 3-4 years) has been working hands on, but has recently stepped into some sort of management position. 

This is a hybrid role that requires 2-3 days a week in Woburn, MA. 
Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of IT experience as an IT Manager in an SMB/Enterprise environment
• Experience managing a cloud focused hybrid cloud/on premise IT infrastructure preferably utilizing MS Azure
• Experience managing Active Directory
• Experience managing Microsoft Office 365
• Experience managing Cisco (or equivalent) Firewalls, routers, and switches
• Previous work managing desktop and end user support
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
• Willingness to work outside normal business hours and travel when required
• Strong English oral and written communication skills
