Job Description This insurance company with over 100 years in the business is a leading, national, direct seller and writer of surety bonds, fidelity bonds and multiple insurance products. This tech driven insurance company provides easy access to obtain their growing portfolio. They're located in Woodcliff lake, NJ an offering a full time role.

They're hiring a senior UI/UX designer with the capabilities of being an end to end designer. You'll be joining a team of 3 designers and reporting to the CTO. He would like your skillset to be heavier in user flows, research, and experience adding to a design system. You will be working on the responsive web application and the mobile app that is used by internal users. Great opportunity to work with a stable company. Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of professional experience in the UI/UX field
  • A current portfolio that exhibits your ability to create a succinct and captivating tale that explains the inspiration for the design and exemplifies your personal aesthetic. Your resume must contain the link. The importance of your portfolio cannot be overstated.
  • A strong curiosity and desire to learn about and empathize with our community of designers and developers.
  • Ability to cross collaborate with other teams members and departments
  • Experience designing projects with a variety of stakeholders.
  • B2B/B2C experience
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research along with other methods
  • Ability to navigate Figma, Sketch, and Invision
