Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI Architect to join our dynamic team. As a UI Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive elements of our payment solutions platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to create intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of the user interface for our payment solutions platform, ensuring consistency, scalability, and performance across all applications and devices.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements and user needs into elegant and effective UI designs.
• Define and enforce UI design standards, guidelines, and best practices to maintain a cohesive and seamless user experience.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the usability and accessibility of our UI designs.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design, and incorporate them into our design process.
• Mentor and guide junior UI designers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
• Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration between the frontend and backend components of our applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience 8+ as a UI/UX designer or UI architect, preferably in the fintech or payment solutions industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other relevant frontend technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of modern UI frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with responsive design principles and techniques for optimizing UI across different devices and screen sizes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
