With over 30 years in the business, Motion Recruitment still demonstrates the ability to stay agile and adapt. I joined Motion thinking my career path here would be linear: recruiter to lead to manager. Given it was my first “office” job, I originally thought I would only be at the company for a year or two; instead, I quickly recognized the opportunity to pave your own path is a big part of Motion’s growth culture – and leadership will work with you to make sure you're always growing. I am excited to keep taking on new challenges, such as becoming a Data Market Advisor, and I am grateful for the opportunity and skills development I have gained.
