When I got my third promotion in five years, I credited the training Motion gave me as a recruiter up to Team Manager, and the people. I really do believe in the way we do things, and I value the open-door policy with the executives. You can have candid conversations with decision makers without it taking weeks. The people care and encourage you to be yourself. They hire you to be you and I can’t imagine that elsewhere.

With over 30 years in the business, Motion Recruitment still demonstrates the ability to stay agile and adapt. I joined Motion thinking my career path here would be linear: recruiter to lead to manager. Given it was my first “office” job, I originally thought I would only be at the company for a year or two; instead, I quickly recognized the opportunity to pave your own path is a big part of Motion’s growth culture – and leadership will work with you to make sure you're always growing. I am excited to keep taking on new challenges, such as becoming a Data Market Advisor, and I am grateful for the opportunity and skills development I have gained.

As someone who came back to Motion after spending six years away from the company, I realized what sets Motion apart from other businesses is being around people you’re proud to work with on a day-to-day basis and the ability to build your own path to success.
