They are hiring a Java/Sailpoint Engineer that will provide engineering support for complex system management activities related to system software, hardware, performance, problem determination or resource management requiring communication and coordination with vendors, technicians, clients, and management.
Specifically, this role will be a subject matter expert on the Enterprise Cybersecurity – Identity Management (IDM) team responsible for build-out and maturing of the Sailpoint IdentityIQ / IDM strategy.

They are hiring a Java/Sailpoint Engineer that will provide engineering support for complex system management activities related to system software, hardware, performance, problem determination or resource management requiring communication and coordination with vendors, technicians, clients, and management.

Required Skills & Experiences:
- Experience with Java or J2EE
- Apply object-oriented programming concepts to design and implement robust and maintainable software solutions.
- Strong knowledge and experience in build-out / mature Sailpoint IdentityIQ / IDM environment
- Integrate applications to Sailpoint IdentityIQ by way of custom connectors and plugins
- Workflow automation for account life cycle and reporting
- Provide support to Sailpoint IdentityIQ / IDM managed applications (onboarding or management of access).
- Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective identity and access management solutions.
- Develop and customize connectors, workflows, and integration points within SailPoint IdentityNow to meet organizational needs.
- Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to SailPoint IdentityNow implementation.
- Conduct regular reviews of IAM policies, access controls, and user entitlements to ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
