Technical Lead/Network/Systems/Project Management

An incident response company HQ'd in the Greater Philly area is looking to hire a full-time Technical Lead. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to take on a hands-on role in network infrastructure, serving as the escalation point for technical issues and providing project management support. We're looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering top-notch solutions to our clients.

We're seeking candidates with a strong background in all aspects of Windows, Microsoft, and Network that can also handle project management duties. You will be managing multiple infrastructure projects at once, overseeing 4-5 infrastructure technicians, and using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. If you're looking for a challenging opportunity that offers room for growth, competitive compensation, and a supportive work environment, then this position is for you!

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in network infrastructure technologies
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft, and Network Technologies
• Strong project management skills
• Managing multiple Infrastructure projects
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with security protocols and best practices
