They're looking for a Software Quality Assurance Manager to spearhead automation strategies to ensure scalability and efficiency across their Web and Mobile teams. Your responsibilities will include enhancing automation test coverage, defining quality metrics, and advocating for best engineering practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent certification/experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering, software engineering, or related roles
- Proficiency in backend API testing tools such as Postman or Katalon
- Experience building out automation
- Prior experience managing a QA team

- Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance engineering processes
- Identify and address gaps in automated test coverage across products
- Define team metrics for quality assessment and continuous improvement
- Advocate for testability and drive best engineering practices
