Job Description

We are currently seeking a hands-on Data Science Manager for a full-time position in our Phoenix office. This position offers the opportunity for growth and advancement in a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in data science, with 2+ years in a management or leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python or R, with experience in machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong background in statistical analysis and experimental design.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Knowledge of SQL and database systems.
