- Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation and reliability.
- Implement security measures to protect the network from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
- Configure and manage network services such as DHCP, DNS, VPN, and VLANs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess network requirements and propose solutions to meet business needs.
- Participate in network capacity planning and scalability efforts.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, etc.).
- Experience with network security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, etc.).
- Proficiency in network hardware and software configuration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
