Network Analyst / 50% Travel

Job Description
Our client, a healthcare company, is looking for a Network Analyst to join their Network Infrastructure team. This role requires you to travel to different hospitals and newly acquired/built healthcare offices to help set up or maintain their server racks and data closets. You will be expected to travel once a month at minimum.

In this role you’d complete remodel projects, network support, field and helpdesk escalations, technical resource management, and high-level troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has experience working with Cisco Catalyst, VOIP (Ring Central), LAN/WAN, Solarwinds, and hardware (printers, medical devices, etc).

This a 50% travel heavy, full-time position based out of Plano, Texas. There is remote flexibility outside of the travel requirement. Compensation is an $80-90k salary.
Required Skills & Experience

• Willingness to travel throughout the US 50% of the time
• Experience with tier 3 and 4 network support
• Networking monitoring experience
• Experience setting up Ring Central VoIP
• Written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience working in network support
• Experience working in the healthcare industry is a huge plus
