Production Support Engineer

Grow your career as a Production Support Engineer with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in hands-on production support.
• 8+ years of experience in incident management, job monitoring, root cause analysis, etc.
• 5+ years of experience working on Oracle Financials Cloud with a focus on General Ledger or Accounting Hub Cloud Services.
• Programming experience with Ab Initio or any ETL tools.
• Experience with Unix.
• Must have strong SQL and PL/SQL proficiency ffor data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Experience with Oracle reporting tools such as Oracle Financial Reporting and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
