Grow your career with an innovative global bank in Irving, TX as an IoT Data Analyst. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Will join a global CISO Risk Reduction program to assist with tthe development of a program, processes, and automation development in accordance with the company's Information Security Office policies, standards, and security architecture for the “Internet of Things” (IoT). You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience working with Technical teams
  • Experience In Data Analysis, Systems Automation, Information Security, and/or Product Development/Engineering
  • Must have fundamental knowledge Internet of Things (IoT), as well as an unerstanding of Information Security, Network, Data Privacy & Governance, and Project Management Lifecycle.
  • Experience with any data analysis platforms/tools: Excel, SQL, Python, Splunk, Qlik Sense, etc.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to generate reports in support of project teams.
  • Proficient with MS Office – Visio, Word, Excel, Project, Access, and, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of the project management life cycle (requirements gathering, project skills)
  • Good understanding of Information Security and industry best practices
  • Derive logical conclusions, identify trends and insights to drive decision making and support the businesses.
  • Should have the highest level of integrity due to the sensitive nature of the information security role.
  • Must have strong technical writing skills and be able to communicate ideas and technical designs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Should have excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Must be comfortable in working across geographies due to the global nature of the team.
  • Able to deliver results independently and without constant supervision.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Should be a self-starter with a high level of initiative and self-leadership.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Certifications in any of the following: PMP, Scrum Master (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in one or more computer languages
What You Will Be Doing
  • Assist the company's Cyber Security Infrastructure Protection organization in development of:
- Mapping existing process
- Creating new Processes
- Driving sub-projects
- Automation development in support of a security engineering
  • Engage closely with stakeholders to ensure projects’ requirements and timelines meet the projects’ goals and are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Oversee projects progress. Identify any potential risks and deviations.
  • Assess and update business processes to enhance efficiencies and remediate any conflicts.
  • Assist in solutions integration/deployment and remediating any issues identified to ensure successful project delivery and completion.
  • Assist in system testing. Document and executing any test plans to ensure systems requirements are met as designed.
  • Liaise among different teams to facilitate effective communications.
  • Identify and document projects objectives, use cases, requirements, potential risks and challenges.
  • Will be tasked with assisting the company's Cyber Security Infrastructure Protection organization in developing processes, driving sub-projects and automation development in support of a larger global project that will include the standardization and security engineering of the “Internet of Things” (IoT) environment.
  • Assist in running the Internet of Things (IoT) Risk Reduction program, related tasks include (but not limited to), tracking project-related activities using Agile project management tool, performing data analysis, documenting any technology solutions/business’s requirements to support the project needs, etc.
  • Help in reviewing and updating any business’s processes if needed.
  • Report to and support the Global Engineering Lead for IoT within the CISO Security Network Services team.
