Network Engineer
A healthcare company in Allentown, Pennsylvania is looking to hire a fulltime Network Engineer. You will be doing a mix of upgrades and maintenance using Cisco-Catalyst/Nexus routers and switches, Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewalls, LAN/WANS and Cisco ISE network security. This role is in a heavily Cisco based environment.
You must have 5+ years of experience using Cisco networking with a Cisco certification. You will need prior knowledge on networking protocols as well as routing and switching. - 5+ years of relevant experience - Cisco/Nexus
- Any relevant certifications
- Strong knowledge on network protocols - OSPF/EIRGP
- Proficient in upgrading and maintaining Firewalls - Palo Alto/Checkpoint
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Capable of managing multiple projects
- Good troubleshooting skills
