Senior Integration Engineer

Senior Integration Engineer needed for a growing retail and product team in Alpharetta, GA!
The System Integration Engineer’s role is to integrate Ensemble Micro services, servers, and other system integration related components to ensure high levels of availability and security of the core organizational applications. This individual also is responsible for JIRA Compliance & Audit Support. Where applicable this individual will also provide end-user support and troubleshooting of applications and software.
Backend Technical Platform/Integration Testing:

• Ensemble Platform Training
  • BA’s, AM’s, PM’s, end-users
• Technical Troubleshooting
  • UAT/PROD Issues

JIRA Compliance & Audit Support (supporting PMO)

• Release Management Support (compliance)
• Process Improvement Support (compliance)
• Documentation Support (compliance)
• Training Support (compliance)
• SOC2 Support (audit)
  • Supporting Dev Management / Compliance

Education & Experience

• 7+ years’ experience in software testing, setting up test environments, testing and logging results; or equivalent experience.
• Project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
• A 2 or 4-year college degree, preferably in a technical area, is a plus but not required.

Technical Skills

• SQL script creation for MS SQL Server & MySQL
• Experience with PHP (Laravel) and/or C#.
• Jira Administration
• JMETER & SOAP UI for API testing
• MS Office - Word and Excel
• Experience with JIRA Issue Management tool preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
