This company in the IoT energy and sustainability space is looking for an Agile Hardware Project Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, hybrid role with at least 3 days/week in their office in Andover, MA.
In this role, you will work on a variety of products including their Rack PDU equipment and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) products. You will be leading end-to-end development projects for these products and work very closely with engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 5+ YOE in Project Management
- Experience working in an agile environment with modern tools
- Experience working directly on hardware product development projects
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Daily Responsibilities
- Use your experience in agile environments to drive those processes within the group
- Collaborate directly with Product Owner to create and maintain product backlog
- Coordinate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Work with other Scrum Masters and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration and timely project delivery
