Required Skills & Experience

• Job requires the Traffic Control Supervisor Certification (TCS)
• 2 years’ experience with wireline or wireless telecom construction
• 2 years’ experience either as a Traffic Control Supervisor or working closely with a traffic control supervisor or manager
• 2 years’ experience and ability to operate various types of utility trucks, equipment, and tools in a safe manner
• Ability to implement municipality guidelines, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies
• Able to work as needed (over-time, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies or on-call)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with a company that specializes in traffic control
• Experience working for an Arizona municipality

What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities

• The Traffic Control Supervisor will manage 6-10 traffic control/flaggers. The purpose of this role is to ensure safe travel of all moving or stationary objects (people, vehicles, and/or equipment) within general public areas where worksites are active. The Traffic Control Supervisor will also adhere to any municipality guidelines for traffic control across all projects.
