With a legacy dating back to 1958, the organization has consistently taken the lead in crafting, executing, and assessing impactful and inventive initiatives across over 80 countries globally.

This position is located in Washington D.C. and the candidate will need to come into office Monday-Friday.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Providing desktop support for both Windows and Mac systems.
  • Assisting users through the help desk, addressing inquiries, and providing timely solutions.
  • Collaborating with a team of two technicians to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Supporting a user base of 40 individuals.
  • Indirectly collaborating with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Office 365 (O365).
