Required Skills & Experience
- Holistic data integration solutions including ingestion, cleansing, transformation, loading, testing, and quality assurance.
- Realizing SaaS web application mashups and integrations from conception and design to testing and implementation and ongoing support.
- Proficiency with REST APIs & Webhooks, JavaScript and JSON, XML, HTML/CSS.
- Agile development practices, including Scrum and/or Kanban, managing work in an Enterprise Agile Planning tool.
- Optimizing and automating workflows and business processes.
- Effective communication and collaboration using Microsoft Teams.
- Strong self-management, problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Prior experience working with Apptio Products – ApptioOne, Targetprocess, Cloudability.
- Experience in the development, maintenance, and administration of Technology Business Management applications.
- SaaS application administration and configuration; particularly with an agile tool such as Targetprocess, Jira/Jira Align, Rally, Digital.ai (VersionOne).
- Familiarity with Cloud / FinOps practices.
- Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate & Power BI, power query M and DAX.
- Advanced or Expert Microsoft Excel including pivots, functions, importing & manipulating data.
- Multi-faceted, supporting multiple SaaS applications utilized by IT and Finance teams.
- Understanding of Agile Information Technology organizations, and a strong data-oriented mindset.
- Realizing end-to-end integrations with our enterprise agile planning and work management tool, Apptio Targetprocess, and other IT tools, as well as tool configurations and customizations to support the needs of ever-changing and maturing Agile teams.
- Enabling our Technology Business Management framework and practice by identifying, procuring, and integrating diverse IT-related data sets, leveraging the ApptioOne platform.
