Contract Duration: 6 Months with extensions and/or FTE conversion
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation
  • Proven track record of cultivating and nurturing strong professional networks, adept at fostering meaningful relationships to drive collaborative success
  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment and react to changing priorities, having the ability to navigate through ambiguity and change
  • Strong communications with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Adept at fostering collaborative relationships and adept at adapting communication style to diverse audience.
  • Focus on Business Incidents.
  • Incident Analyst/Management experience 
  • Working in Merchant Services

What You Will Be Doing
  • Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.
  • Incident Triage and Analysis: Monitor and assess incoming incident reports to determine severity and impact. Conduct initial analysis to identify potential root causes and impact on operations.
  • Incident Response and Resolution: Respond promptly to incidents according to established protocols and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents efficiently and effectively.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of incident details, response actions, and resolutions. Generate incident reports and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Escalation and Coordination: Escalate incidents to higher-level support or management as necessary. Collaborate with senior incident management personnel for complex or critical incidents.
  • Preventive Measures: Participate in the development and implementation of preventive measures to mitigate future incidents. Contribute to the improvement of incident response processes and workflows.
