Responsibilities: As the Lead iOS Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and deployment of our healthcare applications for iOS devices. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of iOS developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and user-friendly iOS applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design architecture, and develop technical solutions that meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining the security and privacy of patient data throughout the development lifecycle.
• Mentoring and coaching team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
• Participating in code reviews, providing feedback, and implementing best practices to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an iOS Developer, with expertise in Swift programming language.
• Previous experience leading or managing a team of iOS developers.
• Strong proficiency in iOS development frameworks and libraries, with a focus on building intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming concepts.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and experience implementing security measures to ensure compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of healthcare information systems such as EHR/EMR systems.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
