To bring Technical Leadership to innovate projects is one thing-every organization should want to have their infrastructure run faster, more efficiently, and more securely. But it’s another task entirely to guide not just the projects, but the direction and shape of the engineering landscape.
The scope is high- guiding and collaborating with technical leadership, overseeing an Engineering department that's continuing to exponentially grow. This VP will be coming from a technical Linux/Automation background and, major voice on people management. This is an org that recognizes the needs to match life with work- from the top-down, flexibility and quality of life are a top priority!
- Required Skills & Experience
- Experience managing high-scale DevOps initiatives
- Successful end-to-end Microservices transformation in Enterprise company
- Proven history of leading infrastructure modernization in Leadership capacity
- Has worked hands-on with Cloud/Automation tools (Public CLoud)
- Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience managing multiple teams simultaneously
- Any previous experience with Security compliance a plus
