Network security engineer

One of the leading healthcare organization located in Central Pennsylvania is looking to expand their network security team to help spearhead upcoming and on-going projects. In this role you will work side by side with security engineers to design and implement secure network systems, controls and monitoring solutions. While this person will sit on the security team working on security projects, they are looking for a networking professional who has recently transitioned into a security position or has a strong security mindset and knowledge. Some key items to be familiar with are Checkpoint firewalls, routing and switching, Cisco ISE and Forescout. Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years experience in networking and security
• Familiarity with: Firewall configuration, network segmentation, network monitoring, SIEM, VPN, etc.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• relevant certifications
