Lead Design Engineer

Job Description One of the fastest growing fintech platforms is looking to bring on a lead UX designer to work directly on their core product that is used by CPA’s and Financial Institutions to automate and store tax information.

Since their inception 4 years ago, they have seen a 400% growth in revenue and you would spearhead the charge by getting in on the ground floor with equity options. The role is hybrid in Birmingham, Alabama so you must be able to reliably commute to be considered at this time. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ Years of Design Experience (Ideally with Adobe and Figma)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Ideally startup experience
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
