Job Summary:

They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Salesforce Administrator - Data Entry to support their Salesforce system. This role is critical to ensuring the Salesforce database remains accurate, organized, and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce, strong data entry skills, and experience working within an EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Management:

    • Accurately input, update, and maintain data within the Salesforce system.
    • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Merge and de-duplicate records to maintain a clean database.
  • Salesforce Administration:

    • Assist with creating and managing reports and dashboards.
    • Support data import and export tasks as needed.
    • Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.
  • User Support:

    • Provide support to end-users with data-related inquiries and issues.
    • Assist in training staff on best practices for data entry and usage.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
    • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role, with a strong focus on data entry and management.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is a plus.
  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in Salesforce and related tools.
    • Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail with Microsoft Excel
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Other:

    • Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
    • Prior experience in the EdTech industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
