Job Summary:
They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Salesforce Administrator - Data Entry to support their Salesforce system. This role is critical to ensuring the Salesforce database remains accurate, organized, and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce, strong data entry skills, and experience working within an EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Management:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data within the Salesforce system.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Merge and de-duplicate records to maintain a clean database.

Salesforce Administration:
- Assist with creating and managing reports and dashboards.
- Support data import and export tasks as needed.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.

User Support:
- Provide support to end-users with data-related inquiries and issues.
- Assist in training staff on best practices for data entry and usage.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Qualifications:

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role, with a strong focus on data entry and management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is a plus.

Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce and related tools.
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail with Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, but not required.

Other:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in the EdTech industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
