This key role involves streamlining processes and overseeing both the HCM and Finance development teams. Based in Westborough, MA, this position requires occasional hybrid travel, typically once a month.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft software daily lifecycle, the ability to implement changes to existing processes, and vendor management experience. Moreover, the company has future plans for technological migration and system updates. Previous PeopleSoft development experience, and experience with Phire is a plus.

- Experience with vendor and relationship management.
