Job Description:
They are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a deep passion for robotics and automation to lead our technical strategy and innovation initiatives. As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their technology roadmap, overseeing R&D efforts, and driving the development of next-generation robotic systems.
Required Skills & Experience
· Education: Master's or Ph.D. degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. MBA or business management experience is a plus.
· Experience: Proven track record (minimum of 10 years) in senior leadership roles within the robotics industry, with significant experience in R&D, product development, and technology strategy.
· Technical Skills: Expertise in robotics systems, including hardware design, control systems, AI/ML, and sensor technologies. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and frameworks.
· Leadership Qualities: Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious technical goals.
· Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of robotics market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Experience with industrial robotics, autonomous systems, or related fields is highly desirable.
