Director of Business Development

A small hardware manufacturing company just outside of Boston is looking to add a Director of Business Development to join their team.

 As a Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for drawing in new clients, maintaining current relationships, and revamping their marketing efforts to build demand.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience
• 2+ years of Director experience
• Knowledge of selling a hardware/software integrated solution

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Background in Financial services
• React or Angular experience

What You'll Be Doing: 

• 20% new business development
• 40% current relationship management
• 20% new product market research
• 20% management

Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team of Account Managers
• Meet with technical and non-technical leadership of new and existing clients to discuss how the product can positively impact their business
• Stay ahead of trends in the product domain market
