A small hardware manufacturing company just outside of Boston is looking to add a Director of Business Development to join their team.
As a Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for drawing in new clients, maintaining current relationships, and revamping their marketing efforts to build demand.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience
- 2+ years of Director experience
- Knowledge of selling a hardware/software integrated solution
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Background in Financial services
- React or Angular experience
What You'll Be Doing:
- 20% new business development
- 40% current relationship management
- 20% new product market research
- 20% management
- Lead and mentor a small team of Account Managers
- Meet with technical and non-technical leadership of new and existing clients to discuss how the product can positively impact their business
- Stay ahead of trends in the product domain market
- Salary: $140-200k DOE
