Lead Site Reliability Engineer / Pre Series A Start Up

We are partnered with a a dynamic startup poised to revolutionize data management, competing with established players.

They are looking for a Senior Site Reliability to join their grown DevOps team to ensure the reliability and performance of their highly scalable systems. You will work closely with software engineers to automate tooling and migrate applications into the cloud.

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you should have experience deisgning and maintaining highly available and scalabe automation tools and collaborating with software and operational teams. This is a full time, direct hire role. Candidates must be local to the Boston area. Required Skills & Experience

• At least 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages, such as Python, Rust, or Go
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, networking, and security
• Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
