Senior Python Platform Engineer / Boston FinTech

We are partnered with a rapidly growing financial services and investment management company in Boston that is looking to bring aboard a Python Platform Engineer. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing the core infrastructure that powers their cutting-edge marketing platform. You will be responsible for the design, build, and maintenanceof backend systems and APIs that form the foundation of the their marketing platform using Python and related technologies. You should have experience working with modern automation tools to help ensure the reliability of their systems. Candidates should be local to the Greater Boston area. Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Python engineer with a focus on backend development and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with web frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
