Senior Software Engineer with Asset Management Firm in Boston

Job Description A financial services company in Boston is hiring for a Senior Software Engineer to work on their trading systems team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be the point person for building customized applications that are essential to the business and have a hand in a company wide migration project to newer technologies. This role is 3-days onsite in Downtown Boston and is a fulltime direct hire. This company provides a specific quantitative approach to investment management, allowing their clients to be smarter about investing their money. You’ll be working directly with stakeholders to build customized application specifically for the trading team and assist in taking their current applications to an Azure environment. Ideal candidates have experience with both desktop and web applications in C#. Required Skills & Experience

• Highly skilled in C#/.NET Development
• Highly skilled in WPF development
• Experience migrating legacy systems to newer technologies
• Skilled in Azure
• Exposure to Blazor

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working in the financial sector
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience
• Degree in a related field
• Strong technical skills
