Staff Software Engineer - E-commerce Platform

A software company that specializes in restaurant management solutions and online ordering systems is looking for a Staff level Software Engineer to join their growing team. The role will be working on their cloud POS and ecommerce systems for some of their major national clients.

You will be working with C# and .NET to design, develop, and architect software solutions. You will need to be an expert in all things Azure and have some experience working with legacy VB.NET. This is a 100% remote role.

This role cannot provide sponsorship or C2C.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields
• 8+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core
• 8+ years of experience using Azure.
• Experience developing legacy applications using VB.NET.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience with e-commerce or retail applications.
• Ability to use Angular, Vue, or React.
• Ability to be a technical team lead.
• Effective communication skills across multiple levels of the organization.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and architect solutions mostly in middle-tier and back-end.
• Handle strategic responsibilities for the team.
• Work with other engineers to execute plans.
