Contract Duration: 3 month contract to hire

Required Skills & Experience
  • Functionally this person can be considered a People/culture management resource but they need to be tech savvy, this role is 80% technical and 20% working to build a cultural experience with an understanding of the user experience and how tools are used to build a better process
  • Process improvement and employee experience
  • High level SharePoint skills are required - SharePoint page requires development-UX experience and an ability to build in SharePoint
  • Experience using Power BI within SharePoint
  • Automating the talent management process
  • Pulling data from workday, and other finance tools
  • MS teams-building coordinating tools using SharePoint

What You Will Be Doing
  • People/Culture Strategy: support the ongoing development and implementation of the Employee Engagement strategy.
  • Identify ways to bring diverse teams located in US and I&P together to build trust and understanding and one mindset.
  • Support the Day of Service, Lunch and Learns, Leadership Connect series, Town Halls, etc.
  • Support for other administrative duties and ad hoc projects, as necessary including Finance, Technology, HR, and coordination with other Business teams to build and maintain the appropriate supporting infrastructure for business management.
