Product Transformation Coach

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Agile (Coaching, Scrum, or product owner) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Prior experience with project to product transformations.
• Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a synergetic attitude.
• Clear understanding of how to establish product operation standards.
• Ability to develop, deliver and mentor effective, well-articulated, written, and oral communications (e.g., emails, presentation materials) applying appropriate level of content/ detail dependent upon audience and intent.
• Build relationships and act as an advisor to executives, senior leadership and teams to guide and influence transformational change for highly complex business needs.
• Provide vision, direction and mentoring for peer coaches, Scrum Masters, and others, to aid growth and improvement.
• Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise to translate Agile and product theory into practical and tan.
• Experience leading discussions with individuals at varying levels of the organization that result in a shared understanding and consensus on a path forward.
• Demonstrated reasonable level of technical and business understanding to optimize credibility with teams and managers.
• Works with all levels in the organization to teach and coach the product management principles and practices.
• Clear understanding of how to establish product operation standards.

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Transformation Coaching.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
• Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Transformation Coaching business solutions.
• Strategically engage with client personnel.
