Contract Duration: 9 Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of Agile Scrum Master or Kanban Lead experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of experience working with Cyber/Information Security or Risk Management focused teams and/or projects
  • 2+ years experience with Jira and Confluence - Jira proficiency must be intermediate to advanced level
  • Understanding and strong working knowledge/experience with JQL (Jira Query Language) and experience working with Confluence
  • Excellent communications, leadership and organizational skills
  • Coaching mindset to guide teams effectively with strong due diligence, engineering/process discipline and focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build team cohesion, diffuse challenging or uncomfortable situations within the team, ability to bring the team to consensus and facilitate compromise
  • Strong intermediate to advanced skills with Office and related productivity applications: MS Outlook, Teams, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint
  • Proven ability to work independently, as well as having strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a Team and with partner Teams
  • Experience with SDLC and change management practices in medium to large enterprise environments
Desired Skills & Experience
  • PMP certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent
  • Experience with Cloud Security
  • Understanding of cloud services, workloads and cloud security/hardening practices
  • Knowledge and understanding of DevSecOps and deployment automation to cloud environments
  • Knowledge and understanding of cloud security and/or related risk frameworks, e.g.: CIS, NIST, COBIT, Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), FedRAMP, etc.
  • Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Certifications
  • Security certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), or equivalent

What You Will Be Doing
  • Facilitate Agile process (Scrum and/or Kanban) with companywide impact specific to delivering on the backlog of the Cloud Security team, in support of Wells Fargo's digital transformation.
  • Be a motivated self-starter, quick to adapt and stay focused on delivering results in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines.
  • Guide our delivery teams to follow Agile Scrum and/or Kanban practices to effectively manage and groom backlog, prioritize to address business demands both planned and unplanned, support team readiness, and commitment to delivery for each Sprint or Release
  • Optimize Scrum/Kanban team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance
  • Deliver capabilities using Agile practices while also following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, corporate and Cybersecurity policy, and various release processes as appropriate to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met
  • Facilitate Agile Scrum and/or Kanban ceremonies for the teams you are assigned to support
  • Collaborate with delivery team members, product owners, program/project managers, team Directors and Senior Executive leaders to communicate delivery of work product from the team and escalate key risks, issues and blockers impeding team effectiveness
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Working effectively with a virtual Team consisting of members across various locations in the U.S. and India
