This manager will be managing their IT infrastructure, including on-prem and Azure, Active Directory/Group Policy, VMware, and network configuration. Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency in on-premises systems, Azure, Active Directory/Group Policy, and VMware

Proficiency in Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), including VMware ESXi and vCenter

Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse IT team

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience and 5 years in an IT environment

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Desired Skills & Experience

Skilled at understanding and applying safety rules, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions.

Practical experience with server hardware and environments, including Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), Network-Attached Storage (NAS), and networking switches.

Knowledgeable in network infrastructure setup and management, including Level 2 and Level 3 switching and basic VLAN configuration.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse IT team.
