We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sr. Project Manager in Northern Chicago to oversee and drive a portfolio of small-scale projects within our pharmaceutical division. This role involves ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope while providing regular status updates, tracking issues, and leading meetings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills and be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute a variety of small-scale projects from initiation through completion.
  • Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Track project issues, risks, and milestones to ensure timely resolution.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings to drive project progress and address any obstacles.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
Required Skills:
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and MS Project.
  • Experience with Waterfall project management methodologies.
