Creative Art Director

A local Northern Chicago company is looking for a Creative Director to help create handcrafted home goods for their inhouse products. This person will collaborate with the Product Development team and Customs team to develop new products and refine production processes for standard and custom collections, innovate and create new handcrafted finishes for wallcoverings, and create new designs and patterns for new wallcoverings and custom Atelier projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• BS or BFA degree
• 4+ years of experience working in the home décor or handed crafted goods industry
• Passion for working in handcraft designs while demonstrating and utilizing creative visual solutions
• Ability to commute 5 days onsite to the Northern Chicago region
