Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis or insurance industry economics
- OR 10 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics
- 4 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare data, including pharmacy
- Contributes to the development of functional strategy
- Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives
- Analytical and conceptual thinking, anticipates implications and trends, develops contingency plans, identifies core issues in complex situations
- Effective communication and results oriented, communicates complex issues clearly to diverse audiences and secures support for initiatives
- Proactive learning and teamwork, continuously updates knowledge and takes responsibility for personal development
- 40% Construct forecasts and strategical plans based on business data and market knowledge
- 30% Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
- 30% create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements
