Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Lead and give direction to indirect diverse team members.
  • Project management and/ or Business Analyst experience
  • Business process/ process engineering experience
  • Regulated industry experience or background in working with complex processes.
  • Program/ high-level project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM)
  • Process improvement background.
  • Process / data architecture experience.
  • Understanding of Data Analysis
  • Microsoft Office Applications Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Desktop procedure writing experience.
  • Will need strong skills in MS Excel
  • Must be able to adapt quickly to changes.
  • Comfortable in a constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to synthesize information and present to senior.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Jira/ confluence
  • Six sigma is a plus.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational.
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership.
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise.
  • Will act as a team lead for Continuous Improvement Team 2 while also providing project management and process improvement activities.
  • Part of an existing team that supports three primary functions: 1) Knowledge Base, 2) Procedures, and 3) Remediation Intake
  • Partner with key stakeholders to capture solution requirements, documentation, and ensure approvals are received for development and implementation.
  • Lead, gather/ organize information, and execute projects from ideation through implementation.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and be a process architect on existing processes.
  • Handle issues that arise as needed.
