Network Engineer - Cisco & Fortinet

Our client, which is a local home construction company in north Dallas, is looking to hire 1-2 Senior Network Engineers. This is a company that have been around for a few decades, is a leader in the home materials space, and has a good track record on the NYSE.

Right now, the team is looking to grow their team. These added engineers will be helping with a few initiatives – helping with overall network builds, implementing new gears and firewalls, and general systems administration. Ideally, looking for engineers skilled with Cisco (Catalyst and Nexus), Meraki, and Fortinet/FortiGate. They are currently in the process of implementing FortiGate in their firewalls.

 

These are full-time roles, will be onsite four days per week. Salary range of $100-120K plus 10% bonus along with a 10% 401(K).

 

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of Network experience
• Cisco and/or Fortinet
• Strong understanding of SD/WAN and Meraki.
• Solid understanding with network monitoring & metric applications, troubleshooting, analysis

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors or Associates degree
  • Windows, O365, and Hyper-V experience is a plus
• Any experience with racking and stack is beneficial
