Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Trainer with a background in malware and digital forensics to join our team in Hanover, MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a new malware course, as well as hiring and managing instructors to assist with training.

Key Requirements:

• Background in malware and digital forensics
• Experience in law enforcement or related field
• Ability to obtain a security clearance after employment
• Local to the Hanover area

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive malware course, including curriculum, materials, and assessments
• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to employees and clients
• Hire and manage instructors to assist with training delivery
• Stay current with the latest trends and developments in malware and digital forensics
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training aligns with business goals and objectives

Qualifications:

• Experience with Reverse Malware
• Background in digital forensics law enforcement background
• Able to obtain and secure a Secret clearance after employment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Hanover
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
